Order Changes & Cancellations
Since all of our products are printed on demand, we begin processing your order as soon as it's placed. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once an order is submitted. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to assist you before production begins.
Missing or Lost Packages
While we strive to ensure that your order arrives on time, sometimes packages can be delayed or misplaced. If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe or if it is marked as delivered but you're unable to locate it, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
MONIQUE'S PLACE is not responsible for lost or stolen items once the package has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply when the package reaches your country. Damaged or Defective Items
